These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spendigo mobile application (“App”) operated by Burgeon Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Spendigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Spendigo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Spendigo is an expense and income tracking application that allows you to:
You may use some features of Spendigo without an account. To access full functionality (cloud sync, backup, subscription features), you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Security in the App. Upon deletion, your server-side data will be removed. Locally stored data can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
Spendigo offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are available through in-app purchases managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions are billed through the respective app store. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase and governed by the app store's terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
You agree to use Spendigo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Spendigo uses the Google Gemma AI model for on-device voice transaction processing. The Gemma model is subject to the Google Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy.
By using Spendigo's AI-powered features, you agree that you will NOT use these features to:
The Gemma model is provided under the Gemma Terms of Use at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms. By using the AI features, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Violation of these AI use restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your access to AI features and/or your Spendigo account.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated data), is the property of Burgeon Tech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
You retain ownership of all transaction and financial data you enter into Spendigo. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the App's functionality.
Spendigo includes open-source and third-party components. Their respective licenses can be viewed in the App under Profile > Open Source Licenses.
Your use of Spendigo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Spendigo is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Spendigo is a tracking and organizational tool. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or accounting services.
The on-device AI model processes voice input on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted transaction details. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all transactions before saving.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burgeon Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burgeon Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nepal.
